Pricing questions
- How does Website Management work?
- Submit website requests whenever you need them: a new page, a section update, a content change, a copy rewrite, a photo swap. Requests are queued and worked on one at a time, so each one gets finished properly before the next begins.
- Is copywriting included?
- Yes. Copywriting support is part of Website Management. If a page or section needs writing or rewriting, submit it as a request.
- What's the difference between Website Management and the Industrial Website & RFQ Redesign?
- They're separate services. Website Management is an ongoing monthly plan for keeping your site current. The Industrial Website & RFQ Redesign is a one-time, fixed-scope project that reorganizes products, technical content and the quote process. You can buy either one on its own.
- Do I need the monthly plan if I buy a redesign?
- No. Ongoing website management is optional after launch. Many companies take over the site themselves once the redesign is complete.
- Is there a contract?
- No long-term contract on Website Management. Cancel anytime. Redesign projects are scoped up front: we agree on the scope and fixed price before any work begins.
- How fast are requests completed?
- Most requests are done within 1 to 2 business days. We'll give you a heads up if something will take longer.
